The 云顶集团 encourages all eligible employees to take advantage of the opportunity to continue their studies and to provide an education for their family. 

For all employees taking classes both during and after work hours, the form below will need to be completed, signed and upload when submitting the online Tuition Waiver. Submission of the waiver form cannot happen without the approval attachment.

The following steps must be completed by applicants for the tuition waiver:       
  • Applicants must follow all guidelines and meet all deadlines for general admission to the 大学 as established by the Enrollment Office.  (见下文.)
  • Applicants must complete and submit the tuition waiver application form to the Human Resources Office by prior to start of classes.

  • Applicants must pay any applicable student fees and meet all deadlines set by the Office of Finance for making payment arrangements. 学生将无法注册 for a new semester of classes if there are any outstanding fees. 
  • It is the responsibility of the employee to notify the 人力资源 Office if they or their dependent adds/drops or withdraws from classes immediately. 员工将 be held responsible for taxable income for classes dropped after the official drop date and for not notifying the 人力资源 about classes dropped before the official 把日期.

Tuition Waiver benefits eligibility must first be established to qualify. 符合条件的 employees and their spouses may apply for the waiver 90 days following the employee's date of hire or following the employee's change to benefits eligible status. 家属 of newly eligible employees may utilize the waiver after a 6 month waiting period. 员工s eligible for this benefit cannot be considered a dependent of another employee 用于学费减免的目的.

Credit Limits, Benefit Limits, and Limits on Class Times

All persons (employee, spouse or dependent child) receiving a tuition waiver will be limited to one degree under the benefit. 获得学位的合格员工 because of their parent's or spouse's employment eligibility for the Tuition Waiver may earn one additional degree based on their own employment status with the 大学 反之亦然. 符合条件的 employees may take two classes (6 hours) per semester and 每个日历年不超过18个小时. The only exception to the 6 hour limitation is in the case that it is required that a lab be taken concurrently with a class and the total credit hours actually equals 7 hours. 符合条件的配偶和家属可以 没有信用额度.

The tuition waiver covers up to 100% of the tuition for most courses offered by the 大学. The exception to this is the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. The tuition waiver covers 15% of tuition for the DBA program.

The tuition waiver may not be used in conjunction with any other 大学 scholarships or any 大学 sponsored community education programs. 全职员工及普通员工 and Affiliate 教师 may take only one class during normal work hours (8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.),并得到主管的批准. 兼职员工(在职员工) 30-39 hours a week) must attend classes outside the normal work hours of their position.
